I just had an interview with a key potential employer. It sounds like a really interesting job. They were very impressed with my CV (they specifically commented on it at the end of the interview) and on how I handled the interview to indicate my real interest in the job. They said they would get back to me within a week, but rang me within 24 hours to offer me the job! YAY!

I am now negotiating pay and conditions, and I have had two contacts from my referees to see how I got on.

I also followed your advice on how to present myself for the interview and I felt very confident.  It was again worth the investment in my career.
